Eeveelutions
Eevee and its "Eeveelutions" an interesting idea I (Pomerania) would say. On this page I'll give you some idea as to what I think of them, and maybe I might even have some tips for battling with them. Be warned though, much of this rests on my own opinion.Eevee: Ah the original. Eevee is a Pokemon I enjoy roleplaying with. Though it is a bit plain, I think that would be expected seeing as it can evolve into seven different Pokemon. Plus, I can't help but want to run my hands through its mane. I love the color scheme of this Pokemon's shiny version.
Some nicknames I've given an Eevee are Veevee, Eivui, Elveen, and many others.
Flareon: And I thought Eevee had a fluffy mane. Flareon has never been that great, in my opinion at least. While I do still like it, I can't help but think that it's just a very fluffy Eevee with different colors. Like many fire types, I find that Flareon's stats are seriously misplaced, and seeing as it can't learn Flare Blitz, I find it hard to use in battle.
Vaporeon: This is definitely one of the more creative Eeveelutions. I love its design, and it had been my favourite of the three Eeveelutions from the R/B/Y era. I've always liked water types for some reason.
Flavour Text: It has evolved to be suitable for an aquatic life. It can invisibly melt away into water.
It's just like a ninja. That is awesome, seeing as I prefer ninjas over pirates. Though, seeing as it is a water type, wouldn't it be possible for it to be a ninja pirate?
Jolteon: I've never really liked Jolteon. While it seems like it could be an okay battler, it also seems like it's just a spiky yellow Eevee. I prefer Raichu and Luxray myself, but I've never actually used Jolteon so I can't really say. As a side note, what was Nintendo thinking when they made Jolteon's shiny lime green?
Espeon: Again, Nintendo, why lime green for the shiny? Just why? I've always loved Espeon, even though I find Alakazam better in battle. It just looks so sleek and cool, and the red jewel on its forehead is the perfect touch to its design. Not to mention, the forked tail is really neat. It would have been awesome if Nintendo had given Espeon a forked tongue as well. According to various flavour texts from the Pokedex, this Pokemon can sense a variety of things such as the opponent's next move, or even the weather, a fact that makes this Pokemon even more interesting.
I know a lot of people think the design is too plain, but I think that if they overdid it, then it would look fairly ugly.
Umbreon: Oh Gawd I love Umbreon so much It's freakishly high defenses are pure win, and with the attacks Moonlight and Toxic, it's awesome at annoying foes (namely my brother). Its shiny form is even better than the regular. The rings glow blue! <3
Umbreon is another Pokemon that I especially like to roleplay with.
Glaceon: Glaceon is a fairly cool Pokemon (no pun intended). It's enjoyable to draw, for sure. This is one of the Eeveelutions that has a shiny form I like. In fact, I like the shiny form better than the regular. Glaceon's cry freaks me out a bit; it's all weird and high pitched. It sounds like a bird in my opinion. I probably shouldn't be talking though; Leafeon's cry is odd as well, and I like it.
Flavour text: As a protective technique, it can completely freeze its fur to make its hairs stand like needles.
Uh, eh wouldn't that be a bit uncomfortable? In all honesty, if Glaceon froze it fur, I would think it would make it quite a bit harder to move.
Leafeon: Leafeon rocks, seriously. While I at first liked Glaceon better, Leafeon gradually grew on me, and once I had battled with it, I liked it forever. With its neat design (I especially like its tail), awesome attack stat, and interesting cry, it could very well be my favourite grass type.
