Under quite rare conditions I will accept people who haven't had a site started yet and were looking to start as us being their first host.
what you get

- We do support PHP and all that other stuff.
- An email if you like, such as "whatever@vibrai.com" or "whatever@yoursite.vibrai.com".
- Free layout (Request it, and it can't be oh so fancy. Something like this website's layout.)
- Support/help from Penguin & Pomerania, the webmasters.
- Anything else that is requested.
